Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under subsection 6(1) of the Corrections and Conditional Release Act, appoints Talal Dakalbab of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Commissioner of Corrections, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes his remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($248,400 - $292,200), effective March 23, 2026.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre, en vertu du paragraphe 6(1) de la Loi sur le système correctionnel et la mise en liberté sous condition, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Talal Dakalbab, d’Ottawa (Ontario), commissaire du Service correctionnel, à titre amovible, et fixe sa rémunération conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (248 400 $ – 292 200 $), à compter du 23 mars 2026.
