Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under paragraph 127.1(1)(a) of the Public Service Employment Act, appoints Robert Stewart of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Senior Advisor, Global Affairs Canada to be styled as Deputy Minister responsible to lead the creation of the new Financial Crimes Agency, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes his remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($285,300 - $335,600), effective March 23, 2026.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre, en vertu de l’alinéa 127.1(1)a) de la Loi sur l’emploi dans la fonction publique, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Robert Stewart, d’Ottawa (Ontario), conseiller supérieur, Affaires mondiales Canada devant porter le titre de sous-ministre chargé de diriger la création de la nouvelle Agence contre les crimes financiers, à titre amovible, et fixe sa rémunération conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (285 300 $ – 335 600 $), à compter du 23 mars 2026.
