Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister:

(a) under subsection 8(1) of the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development Act, appoints Cindy Termorshuizen of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Associate Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, to hold office during pleasure;

(b) under subsection 8(2) of the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development Act, designates Cindy Termorshuizen to be Deputy Minister for International Development, to be styled Deputy Minister of International Development; and

(c) fixes her remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($285,300 - $335,600);

effective March 23, 2026.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

a) en vertu du paragraphe 8(1) de la Loi sur le ministère des Affaires étrangères, du Commerce et du Développement, nomme Cindy Termorshuizen, de Ottawa (Ontario), sous-ministre déléguée des Affaires étrangères, à titre amovible;

b) en vertu du paragraphe 8(2) de la Loi sur le ministère des Affaires étrangères, du Commerce et du Développement, désigne Cindy Termorshuizen, sous-ministre du Développement international, devant porter le titre de sous-ministre du Développement international;

c) fixe sa rémunération conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (285 300 $ – 335 600 $);

à compter du 23 mars 2026.
