Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under section 3 of the Department of Citizenship and Immigration Act, appoints Ted Gallivan of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Deputy Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, to be styled Deputy Minister of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes his remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($285,300 - $335,600), effective March 23, 2026.
