Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, authorizes

(a) the Prime Minister or the Minister of Foreign Affairs to sign, on behalf of Canada, subject to ratification, the Agreement on Social Security between Canada and the Republic of Moldova; or

(b) the Minister of Foreign Affairs to execute and issue an Instrument of Full Powers authorizing Patricia Hajdu, Minister of Employment and Social Development; Stephanie McLean, Minister of State (Seniors); Paul Thompson, Deputy Minister of Employment and Social Development; David Morrison, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs; or Gavin Buchan, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Canada to the Republic of Moldova, to sign, on behalf of Canada, subject to ratification, the Agreement on Social Security between Canada and the Republic of Moldova.

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise :

a) soit le premier ministre ou la ministre des Affaires étrangères à signer, au nom du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord sur la sécurité sociale entre le Canada et la République de Moldova;

b) soit la ministre des Affaires étrangères à signer et à délivrer un instrument de pleins pouvoirs autorisant Patricia Hajdu, ministre de l’Emploi et du Développement social, Stephanie McLean, ministre d’État (Aînés), Paul Thompson, sous‑ministre de l’Emploi et du Développement social, David Morrison, sous-ministre des Affaires étrangères, ou Gavin Buchan, ambassadeur extraordinaire et plénipotentiaire du Canada auprès de la République de Moldova, à signer, au nom du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord sur la sécurité sociale entre le Canada et la République de Moldova.
