Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Infrastructure and Communities, under section 105 of the Financial Administration Act, approves the appointment by the Minister of Infrastructure and Communities of Allison Mendes of Toronto, Ontario, to be a director of the Board of Directors of Canada Lands Company Limited, to hold office during pleasure for a term of four years.
