Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Employment and Social Development, under paragraph 4(c) and subsections 8(1) and 8(3) of the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety Act, after consultation with organizations representative of workers, re-appoints Andrea Lea Peart of Ottawa, Ontario, as a governor of the Council of the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety, to hold office during pleasure for a term of four years.
