Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, under subsections 9(1) and 9(4) of the Bank of Canada Act, approves the re-appointment by the Minister of Finance of Marjolaine Giasson of Québec, Quebec, as a director of the Board of Directors of the Bank of Canada, to hold office during good behavior for a term ending on February 28, 2029, effective March 1, 2026.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances, en vertu des paragraphes 9(1) et 9(4) de la Loi sur la Banque du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve le renouvellement du mandat par le ministre des Finances de Marjolaine Giasson, de Québec (Québec), administratrice du conseil d’administration de la Banque du Canada, à titre inamovible pour une période se terminant le 28 février 2029, à compter du 1^er mars 2026.
