Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Health, under sections 6, 8 and 10 of the Public Health Agency of Canada Act, appoints Joss Reimer of Winnipeg, Manitoba, to be Chief Public Health Officer of Canada, Public Health Agency of Canada, to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, and fixes her remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($334,900 - $392,900), effective April 1, 2026.
