Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, appoints the Honourable William Sterling Blair, P.C., to be High Commissioner for Canada to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and fixes his remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($285,300 - $335,600).
