Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Employment and Social Development, under subsections 45(1), 45(4) and 45(5) of the Department of Employment and Social Development Act, appoints Cynthia Jen Pay of Toronto, Ontario, to be a full-time member of the Social Security Tribunal, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years, effective March 9, 2026.
