Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Employment and Social Development, under paragraph 4(b) and subsection 8(1) of the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety Act, appoints Kathleen Marion Avery of Whitehorse, Yukon, to be a governor of the Council of the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety, being the nominee of the Commissioner of the Yukon Territory, to hold office during pleasure for a term of four years.

Sur recommandation de la ministre de l’Emploi et du Développement social, en vertu de l’alinéa 4b)et du paragraphe 8(1) de la Loi sur le Centre canadien d’hygiène et de sécurité au travail, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Kathleen Marion Avery, de Whitehorse (Yukon), proposée par la Commissaire du Territoire du Yukon, conseillère du Conseil du Centre canadien d’hygiène et de sécurité au travail, à titre amovible pour un mandat de quatre ans.
