Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Employment and Social Development, under paragraph 4(b) and subsections 8(1) and 8(3) of the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety Act, re-appoints Timothy Oscar Petersen of Saint John, New Brunswick, as a governor of the Council of the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety, being the nominee of the Lieutenant Governor in Council of the Province of New Brunswick, to hold office during pleasure for a term of four years.
