Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, under Article II of the Convention on the Great Lakes Fisheries between Canada and the United States, appoints Steven Cooke of Ottawa, Ontario, to be a member of the Great Lakes Fishery Commission, to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years.
