Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance,

(a) after consultation by the Minister with the board of directors of the Canada Development Investment Corporation and of each of the following wholly-owned subsidiaries, under subsection 134(1) of the Financial Administration Act,

(i) appoints PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as auditor of the Canada Development Investment Corporation and of the Canada Hibernia Holding Corporation, Canada Eldor Inc., the Canada Indigenous Loan Guarantee Corporation, Canada TMP Finance Ltd., the Trans Mountain Corporation, the Canada Enterprise Emergency Funding Corporation, the Canada Innovation Corporation and 16342451 Canada Inc. for the financial year ending on December 31, 2025, and

(ii) appoints Deloitte LLP as auditor of the Canada Growth Fund Inc., for the financial year ending on December 31, 2025; and

(b) under subsection 134(2) of the Financial Administration Act, appoints the Auditor General of Canada as joint auditor of the Canada Development Investment Corporation and of the Canada Hibernia Holding Corporation, Canada Eldor Inc., Canada TMP Finance Ltd., the Trans Mountain Corporation, the Canada Enterprise Emergency Funding Corporation, the Canada Growth Fund Inc., the Canada Innovation Corporation and 16342451 Canada Inc., which are wholly‑owned subsidiaries of the Canada Development Investment Corporation, for the financial year ending on December 31, 2025.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

a) après consultation, par le ministre, du conseil d’administration de la Corporation de développement des investissements du Canada et de chacune des filiales à cent pour cent mentionnées ci‑après et en vertu du paragraphe 134(1) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques :

(i) nomme PricewaterhouseCoopers s.r.l. à titre de vérificateur de la Corporation de développement des investissements du Canada et de la Société de gestion Canada Hibernia, Canada Eldor Inc., la Corporation de garantie de prêts pour les Autochtones du Canada, Financière Canada TMP Ltée, la Corporation Trans Mountain, la Corporation de financement d’urgence d’entreprises du Canada, la Corporation d’innovation du Canada et 16342451 Canada Inc., pour l’exercice se terminant le 31 décembre 2025,

(ii) nomme Deloitte S.E.N.C.R.L./s.r.l. à titre de vérificateur du Fonds de croissance du Canada Inc., pour l’exercice se terminant le 31 décembre 2025;

b) en vertu du paragraphe 134(2) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, nomme le vérificateur général à titre de covérificateur de la Corporation de développement des investissements du Canada et de la Société de gestion Canada Hibernia, Canada Eldor Inc., Financière Canada TMP Ltée, la Corporation Trans Mountain, la Corporation de financement d’urgence d’entreprises du Canada, le Fonds de croissance du Canada Inc., la Corporation d’innovation du Canada et 16342451 Canada Inc., qui sont des filiales à cent pour cent de la Corporation de développement des investissements du Canada, pour l’exercice se terminant le 31 décembre 2025.
