Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (Miscellaneous Program) under subsection 5(1), paragraph 14(2)(b), subsection 89(1) and subsections 186.3(1) to (4) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act.

Sur recommandation de la ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration et en vertu du paragraphe 5(1), de l’alinéa 14(2)b), du paragraphe 89(1) et des paragraphes 186.3(1) à (4) de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Règlement correctif visant le Règlement sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, ci-après.
