Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Health, under section 93 of the Patent Act, designates Anie Perrault, of Carignan, Quebec, a member of the Patented Medicine Prices Review Board, to be Chairperson of the Patented Medicine Prices Review Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term ending on August 9, 2028.
