Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Veterans Affairs:

1. Veterans Review and Appeal Board Act, reappoints Richard Thibault of Stratford, Prince Edward Island, as a permanent member of the Veterans Review and Appeal Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years; and
2. Veterans Review and Appeal Board Act, designates Richard Thibault as Deputy Chairperson of the Veterans Review and Appeal Board, and fixes his remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 4 ($160,400 - $188,600), for a term ending December 31, 2026.

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Anciens Combattants, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil:

a) en vertu des articles 4 et 5 de la Loi sur leTribunal des anciens combattants (révision et appel), renouvelle le mandat de Richard Thibault, de Stratford (Île-du-Prince-Édouard), membre titulaire du Tribunal des anciens combattants (révision et appel), à titre inamovible pour un mandat de cinq ans;

b) en vertu des paragraphes 8(1) et 10(1) de la Loi sur le Tribunal des anciens combattants (révision et appel), désigne Richard Thibault, vice-président du Tribunal des anciens combattants (révision et appel), et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 4 (160 400 $ – 188 600 $), pour un mandat se terminant le 31 décembre 2026.
