Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under section 5 of the Department of Indigenous Services Act, appoints Michelle Kovacevic of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Deputy Minister of Indigenous Services, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes her remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($285,300 - $335,600), effective January 12, 2026.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre, en vertu de l’article 5 de la Loi sur le ministère des Services aux Autochtones, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Michelle Kovacevic, d’Ottawa (Ontario), sous-ministre des Services aux Autochtones, à titre amovible, et fixe sa rémunération conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (285 300 $ – 335 600 $), à compter du 12 janvier 2026.
