Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food and the Treasury Board, hereby:
(a) pursuant to section 5 of the Department of Agriculture and Agri-Food Act, assigns the power to the Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food to enter into Amending Agreement No. 3 with the government of each province amending Part II of the Implementation Agreement between Canada and each province, substantially in accordance with the annexed draft agreement; and
(b) pursuant to subsection 9(1) of the Farm Income Protection Act, consents to the Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food entering into an agreement with the government of each province amending the Federal-Provincial Agreement Re-Establishing the Net Income Stabilization Account (NISA) Program, substantially in accordance with the annexed draft agreement.

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Agriculture et de l’Agroalimentaire et du Conseil du Trésor, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :
a) en vertu de l’article 5 de la Loi sur le ministère de l’Agriculture et de l’Agroalimentaire, attribue au ministre de l’Agriculture et de l’Agroalimentaire le pouvoir de conclure avec les gouvernements des provinces l’Accord modificateur no. 3 visant à modifier la partie II de l’Accord de mise en oeuvre entre le Canada et chaque province, conforme en substance au projet d’accord ci-joint;
b) en vertu du paragraphe 9(1) de la Loi sur la protection du revenu agricole, agrée la conclusion par le ministre de l’Agriculture et de l’Agroalimentaire avec les gouvernements des provinces d’un accord visant à modifier l’Accord fédéral-provincial rétablissant le programme du Compte de stabilisation du revenu net (CSRN), conforme en substance au projet d’accord ci-joint.
