Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs to take the actions necessary to accept, on behalf of Canada, the Amendments to the Agreement Establishing the African Development Fund,adopted by the Board of Governors of the African Development Fund on May 23, 2023.
