Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under subsection 43.06(1) of the Department of Employment and Social DevelopmentAct, fixes the remuneration and certain conditions of employment of:

(a)    full-time regional coordinators of the Employment Insurance Board of Appeal, as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 3;

(b)    part-time regional coordinators of the Employment Insurance Board of Appeal, as set out in the annexed schedule, which
per diem is within the range GCQ 3;

(c)    part-time members of the Employment Insurance Board of Appeal, as set out in the annexed schedule, which per diem is within the range GCQ 2; and

(d)     part-time members appointed by the Governor in Council, who have been selected as presiding members of a panel by the Executive Head of the Employment Insurance Board of Appeal under subsection 43.05(1) of the Department of Employment and Social DevelopmentAct, at an additional 4% of their remuneration as members.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre, en vertu du paragraphe 43.06(1) de la Loi sur le ministère de l’Emploi et du Développement social, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe la rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi:

a)    des coordonnateurs régionaux à temps plein du Conseil d’appel en assurance-emploi, conformément à l’annexe
ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 3;

b)    des coordonnateurs régionaux à temps partiel du Conseil d’appel en assurance-emploi, conformément à l’annexe
ci-jointe, lequel taux journalier se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 3;

c)    des membres à temps partiel du Conseil d’appel en
assurance-emploi, conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe,
lequel taux journalier se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 2;

d)    des membres à temps partiel nommés par le gouverneur en conseil, qui ont été désignés à titre de membres présidant un comité par le chef principal du Conseil d’appel en assurance-emploi, en vertu du paragraphe 43.05(1) de la Loi sur le ministère de l’Emploi et du Développement social, un supplément correspondant à 4% de leur rémunération en tant que membres.
