Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Employment and Social Development after consultation with the Canada Employment Insurance Commission, under subsection 43.02(2) of the Department of Employment and Social Development Act, appoints Catherine Mary Shaw of Fredericton, New Brunswick, to be a regional coordinator of the Employment Insurance Board of Appeal, to hold office during pleasure on a full-time basis for a term of five years, effective January 12, 2026.

Sur recommandation de la ministre de l’Emploi et du Développement social, après consultation de la Commission de l’assurance-emploi du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil, en vertu du paragraphe 43.02(2) de la Loi sur le ministère de l’Emploi et du Développement social, nomme Catherine Mary Shaw, de Fredericton (Nouveau-Brunswick), coordonnatrice régionale du Conseil d’appel en assurance-emploi, à titre amovible et à temps plein pour un mandat de cinq ans, à compter du 12 janvier 2026.
