Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, under subsection 16(2) of the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation Act, approves that the Minister of Finance pay to the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund, amounts not exceeding a total of $3.1 billion during the period beginning on January 1, 2026 and ending on March 31, 2026.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances et en vertu du paragraphe 16(2) de la Loi sur la Société canadienne d’hypothèques et de logement, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil agrée le versement par le ministre des Finances à la Société canadienne d’hypothèques et de logement, sur le Trésor, de sommes ne dépassant pas un total de 3,1 milliards de dollars au cours de la période commençant le 1^er janvier 2026 et se terminant le 31 mars 2026.
