Whereas the Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, is satisfied that there are reasonable grounds to believe that each of the entities referred to in the annexed Regulations Amending the Regulations Establishing a List of Entities has knowingly carried out, attempted to carry out, participated in or facilitated a terrorist activity;

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Regulations Establishing a List of Entities under subsection 83.05(1) of the Criminal Code.

Attendu que la gouverneure en conseil est convaincue, sur recommandation du ministre de la Sécurité publique et de la Protection civile, qu’il existe des motifs raisonnables de croire que chacune des entités visées dans le Règlement modifiant le Règlement établissant une liste d’entités, ci-après, est une entité qui, sciemment, s’est livrée ou a tenté de se livrer à une activité terroriste, y a participé ou l’a facilitée,

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre de la Sécurité publique et de la Protection civile et en vertu du paragraphe 83.05(1) du Code criminel, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Règlement modifiant le Règlement établissant une liste d’entités, ci-après.
