Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of the Environment, under subsection 163(3) of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999, approves the Interim Order Modifying the Operation of Certain Regulations Made Under the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999, made by the Minister of the Environment on November 24, 2025.

Sur recommandation de la ministre de l’Environnement et en vertu du paragraphe 163(3) de la Loi canadienne sur la protection de l’environnement (1999), Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve l’Arrêté d’urgence modifiant l’application de certains règlements pris en vertu de la Loi canadienne sur la protection de l’environnement (1999), pris le 24 novembre 2025 par la ministre de l’Environnement.
