Whereas the Tla’amin Nation, Canada and British Columbia entered into the Tla’amin Final Agreement, which came into effect on April 5, 2016, and the Agreement may be amended by the parties in accordance with Chapter 25 of that Agreement;

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Crown-Indigenous Relations and in accordance with subparagraph 5.a of Chapter 25 of the Tla’amin Final Agreement, gives consent to the amendments to the Agreement as set out in the schedule.

Attendu que la Nation des Tla’amins, le Canada et la Colombie-Britannique ont conclu l’Accord définitif des Tla’amins, qui est entré en vigueur le 5 avril 2016, et que cet accord peut être modifié par les parties conformément au chapitre 25 de celui-ci,

À ces causes, sur recommandation de la ministre des Relations Couronne-Autochtones et au titre de l’alinéa 5a) du chapitre 25 de l’Accord définitif des Tla’amins, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil consent à la modification de cet accord conformément à l’annexe.
