Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, considering that the collection of certain amounts is unreasonable, on the recommendation of the Treasury Board and the Minister of Foreign Affairs, under subsection 23(2.1) of the Financial Administration Act, remits the difference between the fee to be paid under section 2 of the Order Prescribing the Fee to be Paid by Foreign Nationals to Participate in an International Youth Exchange Program in Canada as adjusted in accordance with section 17 of the Service Fees Act and the fee actually collected during the period beginning on December 1, 2019 and ending on November 30, 2024.

Sur recommandation du Conseil du Trésor et de la ministre des Affaires étrangères et en vertu du paragraphe 23(2.1) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil, estimant que le recouvrement de certaines sommes est déraisonnable, fait remise de la différence entre le prix à payer en application de l’article 2 de l’Arrêté fixant le prix à payer par les nationaux étrangers en vue de participer au Canada à un programme d’échanges internationaux visant la jeunesse à la suite du rajustement effectué en application de l’article 17 de la Loi sur les frais de service et le prix effectivement payé durant la période commençant le 1^er décembre 2019 et se terminant le 30 novembre 2024.
