Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Works and Government Services, under paragraph 15(1)(b) of the National Capital Act, approves that the National Capital Commission grant four options to extend the lease with Ottawa Riverkeeper Inc. for a period of five years each, beginning on March 1, 2028, March 1, 2033, March 1, 2038 and March  1, 2043, respectively, for the eastern portion of the first level and the entirety of the third level of the real property located at 501 Sir George-Étienne Cartier Parkway, in Ottawa, Ontario, as described in Schedule A and shown in Schedule B.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux et en vertu de l’alinéa 15(1)b) de la Loi sur la capitale nationale, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil donne son accord à l’octroi, par la Commission de la capitale nationale, à Garde-rivière des Outaouais Inc., de quatre options de prolongation de cinq ans chacune, respectivement à compter du 1^er mars 2028, du 1^er mars 2033, du 1^er mars 2038 et du 1^er mars 2043, du bail portant sur la partie est du premier étage et la totalité du troisième étage du bien immeuble situé au 501, promenade Sir-George-Étienne-Cartier, à Ottawa (Ontario), dont la description figure à l’annexe A et l’illustration à l’annexe B.
