Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Health, makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Cannabis Regulations (Harmonization with Certain Provisions of the Controlled Substances Regulations) under subsection 139(1) of the Cannabis Act.
