Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Canadian Aviation Regulations (Personnel Licensing and Training) under section 4.9 and paragraphs 7.6(1)(a) and (b) of the Aeronautics Act.
