Whereas, under subsection 14(1) of the Anishinabek Nation Governance Agreement Act, the Governor in Council is satisfied that the First Nation listed in the annexed Order has, in a manner consistent with the Anishinabek Nation Governance Agreement, ratified the Agreement and has a constitution;

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Crown-Indigenous Relations, makes the annexed Order Amending the Schedule to the Anishinabek Nation Governance Agreement Act (Whitefish River First Nation) under subsection 14(1) of the Anishinabek Nation Governance Agreement Act.

Attendu que, aux termes du paragraphe 14(1) de la Loi sur l’accord en matière de gouvernance conclu avec la Nation des Anishinabes, la gouverneure en conseil est convaincue que la première nation énumérée dans le décret ci-après a, conformément à l’accord intitulé Entente sur la gouvernance de la Nation Anishinabek, ratifié ce dernier et s’est dotée d’une constitution,

À ces causes, sur recommandation de la ministre des Relations Couronne-Autochtones et en vertu du paragraphe 14(1) de la Loi sur l’accord en matière de gouvernance conclu avec la Nation des Anishinabes, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Décret modifiant l’annexe de la Loi sur l’accord en matière de gouvernance conclu avec la Nation des Anishinabes (Première Nation Whitefish River), ci-après.
