Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, under subsection 9(1) of the Bank of Canada Act, approves the appointment by the Minister of Finance of Andrew Mutch of First Peninsula, Nova Scotia, to be a director of the Board of Directors of the Bank of Canada, to hold office during good behaviour for a term ending February 29, 2028, in the place of Peter Dhillon, who has resigned.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances, en vertu du paragraphe 9(1) de la Loi sur la Banque du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la nomination par le ministre des Finances d’Andrew Mutch de First Peninsula (Nouvelle-Écosse), administrateur du conseil d’administration de la Banque du Canada, à titre inamovible pour un mandat se terminant le 29 février 2028, en remplacement de Peter Dhillon, qui a démissionné.
