Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, under subsection 9(1) of the Bank of Canada Act, approves the appointment by the Minister of Finance of Maureen Jensen of Thornbury, Ontario, to be a director of the Board of Directors of the Bank of Canada, to hold office during good behaviour for a term ending February 28, 2026, in the place of Debora Bielecki, who has resigned.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances, en vertu du paragraphe 9(1) de la Loi sur la Banque du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la nomination par le ministre des Finances de Maureen Jensen de Thornbury (Ontario), administratrice du conseil d’administration de la Banque du Canada, à titre inamovible pour un mandat se terminant le 28 février 2026, en remplacement de Debora Bielecki, qui a démissionnée.
