Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, under subsection 9(1) of the Bank of Canada Act, approves the appointment by the Minister of Finance of Sandra Hanington of Toronto, Ontario, to be a director of the Board of Directors of the Bank of Canada, to hold office during good behaviour for a term ending February 28, 2027, in the place of Claire M.C. Kennedy, whose term has expired.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances, en vertu du paragraphe 9(1) de la Loi sur la Banque du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la nomination par le ministre des Finances de Sandra Hanington de Toronto (Ontario), administratrice du conseil d’administration de la Banque du Canada, à titre inamovible pour un mandat se terminant le 28 février 2027, en remplacement de Claire M.C. Kennedy dont le mandat a pris fin.
