Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, under subsection 9(1) of the Bank of Canada Act, approves the appointment by the Minister of Finance of Marjolaine Giasson of Québec, Quebec, to be a director of the Board of Directors of the Bank of Canada, to hold office during good behaviour for a term ending February 28, 2026, in the place of Robert Malcolm Campbell, whose term has expired.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances, en vertu du paragraphe 9(1) de la Loi sur la Banque du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la nomination par le ministre des Finances de Marjolaine Giasson de Québec (Québec), administratrice du conseil d’administration de la Banque du Canada, à titre inamovible pour un mandat se terminant le 28 février 2026, en remplacement de Robert Malcolm Campbell dont le mandat a pris fin.
