Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, makes the annexed Regulations Amending and Repealing Certain Regulations Made Under the Canada Shipping Act, 2001 (Environmental Response) under paragraphs 35(1)(d), (e) and (f), subsection 182(1) and paragraphs 244(f) and (h) of the Canada Shipping Act, 2001.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu des alinéas 35(1)d), e) et f), du paragraphe 182(1) et des alinéas 244f) et h) de la Loi de 2001 sur la marine marchande du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Règlement modifiant et abrogeant certains règlements pris en vertu de la Loi de 2001 sur la marine marchande du Canada (intervention environnementale), ci-après.
