Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, authorizes the Minister of Industry, the President of the Canadian Space Agency, the Senior Vice‑President of Space Programs (Canadian Space Agency), the Director General of Space Science and Technology (Canadian Space Agency), the Director of Technology Development Management, Space Science and Technology (Canadian Space Agency) or the Canadian Permanent Delegate to the European Space Agency to commit the Government of Canada, including through a vote, at the 2025 Ministerial Council and subsequent related meetings, on the declarations of the European Space Agency programs that have been identified by the Canadian Space Agency for the Canadian Space Agency’s strategic participation, up to a maximum financial commitment, which will take effect on November 25, 2025.

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise la ministre de l’Industrie, la présidente de l’Agence spatiale canadienne, le vice‑président principal des Programmes spatiaux, Agence spatiale canadienne, le directeur général des Sciences et technologies spatiales, Agence spatiale canadienne, la directrice de la Gestion du développement technologique, Sciences et technologies spatiales, Agence spatiale canadienne, ou le délégué permanent du Canada auprès de l’Agence spatiale européenne, à engager le gouvernement du Canada, y compris au moyen d’un vote, lors de la réunion du Conseil ministériel de 2025 et des réunions connexes ultérieures, relativement aux déclarations de l’Agence spatiale européenne se rapportant aux programmes de celle-ci auxquels l’Agence spatiale canadienne a choisi de participer stratégiquement, jusqu’à concurrence d’un engagement financier maximal, qui prendra effet le 25 novembre 2025.
