Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Infrastructure and Communities, under subsection 9(1) and 12(3) of the Canada Infrastructure Bank Act, approves the reappointment by the Board of Directors of the Canada Infrastructure Bank of Ehren Cory of Toronto, Ontario, as Chief Executive Officer of the Canada Infrastructure Bank, to hold office during pleasure, for a term of five years, and on the recommendation of the Board of Directors, fixes his remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($577,300 - $679,100), effective November 9, 2025.

Sur recommandation du ministre du Logement et de l’Infrastructure et des Collectivités, en vertu du paragraphe 9(1) et 12(3) de la Loi sur la Banque de l’infrastructure du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve le renouvellement du mandat par le conseil d’administration de la Banque de l’infrastructure du Canada d’Ehren Cory, de Toronto (Ontario), au poste du premier dirigeant de la Banque de l’infrastructure du Canada, à titre amovible pour une période de cinq ans, et sur la recommandation du conseil d’administration, fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi, conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (577 300 $ – 679 100 $), à compter du 9 novembre 2025.
