Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, under section 17 and subsection 21(2) of the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority Act, appoints Neil Parry of Chelsea, Quebec, to be Chief Executive Officer of the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority, on an interim basis, to hold office during pleasure for a term of eighteen months, or until such time as a new Chief Executive Officer is appointed, whichever occurs first, and fixes his remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range CEO 4 ($277,100 - $326,000).

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports, en vertu de l’article 17 et du paragraphe 21(2) de la Loi sur l’Administration canadienne de la sûreté du transport aérien, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Neil Parry, de Chelsea (Québec), premier dirigeant par intérim de l'Administration canadienne de la sûreté du transport aérien, à titre amovible, pour un mandat de dix-huit mois, ou jusqu’à ce qu’un nouveau premier dirigeant soit nommé, selon la première de ces éventualités, et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle CEO 4 (277 100 $ – 326 000 $).
