Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Employment and Social Development, under subsections 45(1), 45(4), 45(5) and section 47 of the Department of Employment and Social Development Act, appoints Sarah Desiree Sheaves of Mississauga, Ontario, to be a part-time member of the Social Security Tribunal who may hear matters in the Employment Insurance Section, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of two years, effective February 9, 2026.

Sur recommandation de la ministre de l’Emploi et du Développement social, en vertu des paragraphes 45(1), 45(4), 45(5) et l’article 47 de la Loi sur le ministère de l’Emploi et du Développement social, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Sarah Desiree Sheaves, de Mississauga (Ontario), membre à temps partiel du Tribunal de la sécurité sociale qui pourra entendre des causes pour la section de l’assurance-emploi, à titre inamovible pour un mandat de deux ans, à compter du 9 février 2026.
