Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, pursuant to sections 5 and 6 of the Courts Administration Service Act, appoints Darlene Heather Carreau of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Chief Administrator of the Courts Administration Service, to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years, and fixes her remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 7 ($211,300 - $248,500), effective December 21, 2020.
