Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, under sections 66 and 66.2 of the Copyright Act, re-appoints the Honourable Luc Martineau of Montréal, Quebec, as part-time Chair of the Copyright Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of two years, and fixes his remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which per diem is within the range ($1,350 - $1,590).

Sur recommandation de la ministre de l’Industrie, en vertu des articles 66 et 66.2 de la Loi sur le droit d’auteur, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat de l’honorable Luc Martineau, de Montréal (Québec), président à temps partiel de la Commission du droit d’auteur, à titre inamovible pour une période de deux ans et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel taux journalier se situe dans l’échelle (1 350 $ – 1 590 $).
