(A) Saskatchewan must transfer to Canada, at no cost, the administration and control of the lands or the part of them, subject to Canada entering into replacement agreements with any public utilities in operation, and

(B) the lands or the part of them that Saskatchewan is required to transfer to Canada in accordance with clause (A) must be transferred by Saskatchewan in an environmentally sound condition, in accordance with federal laws, regulations and policies then in force, which may require the removal of all improvements, including any road works, and remediation of the lands or the part of them,

(iv) Saskatchewan must pay to the Receiver General for Canada, as compensation for the taking or transfer of the administration and control of the lands, the sum of $34,701.97 for the use and benefit of the Beardy’s and Okemasis First Nation.

Attendu que le conseil de la Première Nation, au nom de la Première Nation, a consenti au transfert de la gestion et de la maîtrise de la totalité des droits du Canada sur les terres à la Saskatchewan aux fins autorisées;
