Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under paragraph 127.1(1)(a) of the Public Service Employment Act, appoints Douglas Guzman of Toronto, Ontario, to be Chief Executive Officer of the Defence Investment Agency, Department of Public Works and Government Services, to hold office during pleasure for a term of 3 years, and fixes his remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($577,300 - $679,100), effective November 12, 2025.
