Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Employment and Social Development:

1. under paragraph 9(2)(b) and subsection 10(1) of the Canada Labour Code, appoints Dominic Lemieux of Saint-Esprit, Quebec, to be a full-time Vice-Chairperson of the Canada Industrial Relations Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years;
   
   
2. under section 12.04 of the Canada Labour Code fixes his remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 6 ($225,300 - $265,000);
   
   
3. under section 117 of the Canada Labour Code, orders that Dominic Lemieux be deemed to be employed in the Public Service for the purposes of the Public Service Superannuation Act; and
   
   
4. under section 10.1 of the Canada Labour Code, determines that Dominic Lemieux shall be exempted from the requirement to reside in the National Capital Region;
   
   

effective October 9, 2025.

Sur recommandation de la ministre de l’Emploi et du Développement social, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

1. en vertu de l’alinéa 9(2)b) et du paragraphe 10(1) du Code canadien du travail, nomme Dominic Lemieux, de Saint-Esprit (Québec), vice-président à temps plein du Conseil canadien des relations industrielles, à titre inamovible pour un mandat de cinq ans;
   
   
2. en vertu de l’article 12.04 du Code canadien du travail, fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 6 (225 300 $ – 265 000 $) pour un mandat de cinq ans;
   
   
3. en vertu de l’article 117 du Code canadien du travail, ordonne que Dominic Lemieux soit réputé faire partie de la fonction publique pour l’application de la Loi sur la pension de la fonction publique;
   
   
4. en vertu de l’article 10.1 du Code canadien du travail, détermine que Dominic Lemieux soit exempté de l’exigence de résider dans la région de la capitale nationale;
