Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, appoints the Honourable David Lametti, P.C., K.C., of Montréal, Quebec, as Ambassador and Permanent Representative of Canada to the United Nations, in New York, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes his remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($319,600 - $375,900), effective November 17, 2025.

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme l’honorable David Lametti, C.P., c.r., de Montréal (Québec) en qualité d’ambassadeur et représentant permanent du Canada auprès de l’Organisation des Nations Unies, à New York, à titre amovible, et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci‑jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (319 600 $ – 375 900 $), à compter du 17 novembre 2025.
