Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness,

(a) under subsection 6(3) of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Act, appoints Trevor Daniel Daroux of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police to the rank of Deputy Commissioner, to hold office during pleasure; and

(b) under subsection 6.1(1) of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Act, designates Trevor Daniel Daroux of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police to be Commanding Officer, “K” Division, for Alberta, to hold office during pleasure.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Sécurité publique et de la Protection civile, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

a) en vertu du paragraphe 6(3) de la Loi sur la Gendarmerie royale du Canada, nomme, à titre amovible, Trevor Daniel Daroux de la Gendarmerie royale du Canada au grade de sous-commissaire;

b) en vertu du paragraphe 6.1(1) de la Loi sur la Gendarmerie royale du Canada, désigne, à titre amovible, Trevor Daniel Daroux de la Gendarmerie royale du Canada comme officier commandant de la division « K » pour l’Alberta.
