Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under section 46 of the Parliament of Canada Act, appoints the Honourable Chrystia Freeland, P.C., a member of the House of Commons, to be Parliamentary Secretary to the Prime Minister, to be styled Special Representative for the Reconstruction of Ukraine, for a period ending on September 14, 2026.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre, en vertu de l’article 46 de la Loi sur le Parlement du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme l’honorable Chrystia Freeland, C.P., secrétaire parlementaire du premier ministre, devant porter le titre de Représentante spéciale pour la reconstruction de l'Ukraine, pour un mandat se terminant le 14 septembre 2026.
