Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Employment and Social Development:

1. under paragraph 9(2)(b) and subsection 10(1) of the Canada Labour Code, appoints Natalie Alicia Zawadowsky of Toronto, Ontario, to be a full-time Vice-Chairperson of the Canada Industrial Relations Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years;
2. under section 12.04 of theCanada Labour Code, fixes her remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out inthe annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ6($225,300 - $265,000);
3. under section 117 of the Canada Labour Code, orders that Natalie Alicia Zawadowsky be deemed to be employed in the Public Service for the purposes of the Public Service Superannuation Act; and
4. Canada Labour Code, determines that Natalie Alicia Zawadowsky shall be exempted from the requirement to reside in the National Capital Region;

effective October 9, 2025.

Sur recommandation de la ministre de l’Emploi et du Développement social, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

1. en vertu de l’alinéa 9(2)b) et du paragraphe 10(1) du Code canadien du travail, nomme Natalie Alicia Zawadowsky, de Toronto (Ontario), vice-présidente à temps plein du Conseil canadien des relations industrielles, à titre inamovible pour un mandat de cinq ans;
2. en vertu de l’article 12.04 duCode canadien du travail, fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, laquelle rémunération se situe dans l’échelle GCQ6(225 300 $ – 265 000 $);
3. en vertu de l’article 117 du Code canadien du travail, ordonne que Natalie Alicia Zawadowsky soit réputée faire partie de la fonction publique pour l’application de la Loi sur la pension de la fonction publique;
4. Code canadien du travail, détermine que Natalie Alicia Zawadowsky soit exemptée de l’exigence de résider dans la région de la capitale nationale;
